Meet the Founder

Alex Perry, SIOR | Founder & Managing Principal

We do what we say we’re going to do. Every client. Every deal. No exceptions.

Alex advises institutional and private clients on industrial land acquisitions, development strategy, and capital formation across Texas. Over the course of his career, he has completed over $1 billion in land and industrial transactions. Prior to founding Dry Water Land Company, Alex held leadership roles at KBC Advisors, Foundry Commercial, and Biel Partners, where he led and helped build land brokerage platforms across Texas. Alex earned his SIOR designation in 2022 and has been recognized as a DCEO Power Broker and Connect CRE Next Generation Award recipient.

Alex is the very proud father of three children, and a husband to his wonderful wife. He is an avid outdoorsman and known to make cold calls in the dove fields or duck blind. He especially enjoys spending time with his family and friends at Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay, TX.
